Thank you for this site. I have really enjoyed it. My mom has Alzheimer's and has had it for 10 years. This terrible disease had taken away a wonderful wife mother and grandmother, who love everyone and everything. Mom has been in a nursing home for 4 years and that was the hardest thing I ever had to do. I hope and pray she will be at peace soon.

Thank you for this site. I have really enjoyed it. My mom has Alzheimer's and has had it for 10 years. This terrible disease had taken away a wonderful wife mother and grandmother, who love everyone and everything. Mom has been in a nursing home for 4 years and that was the hardest thing I ever had to do. I hope and pray she will be at peace soon.

My stepmother was diagnosed with Alzh.the beginning of Feb. of this yr. my father passed away the end of Feb. of this yr. She has been in out of four hospitals and two personal care homes and my home since she was diagnosed until now. Her only son lives in Florida and am trying to find transportation to have her go in a home down there and be close to her son as she is in middle stages and declining rapidly since my father passed away. Talking to people who are going through a similar situations has helped me keep my sanity which I think I would have lost otherwise. Thanks for listening and I would like to thank the person who gave me this website.
