The Ribbon - Care for Caregivers
Carrot Cake

Cook Time: 35-40 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups carrots, shredded
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:

Mix sugar and oil. Add carrots. Add eggs, beat. Add dry ingredients - Mix 2 mins. Grease and flour tube pan. Bake 350, for 35-40 mins.
