Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

- 2 1/2 cups carrots, shredded
|
|

Directions:
Mix sugar and oil. Add carrots. Add eggs, beat. Add dry ingredients - Mix 2 mins. Grease and flour tube pan. Bake 350, for 35-40 mins. |
