Cook Time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:

• 2 eggs

• 1/2 cup flour

• 1/2 cup milk

• 1/3 stick butter

• Powdered sugar

• lemon juice

Directions:

Lightly beat eggs, add flour and milk. Mix together and pour into 10 inch pan in which 1/3 of a stick of butter has been melted. Place into 425 oven 15 to 20 minutes. When lightly browned, sprinkle the 1 tablespoon powdered sugar over the top. Return to oven briefly and then sprinkle with a few drops of lemon juice. Serve immediatley.
