Bloody Mary Sauce
Cooking Club of America from Minnrtonka, Mn says: Great pick me up sauce, for steak, pork, chicken and hamburgers.

Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup finely grated fresh horseradish
|
|

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
|
- 2 teaspoons fressh lemon juice
|
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
|
|
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
|
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
|
|
Directions:
In medium saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients, whisking to dissolve cornstarch. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute or until sauce thickens.Remove from heat; cover to keep warm. Sprinkle meat with 1/2 teaspoon celery salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Pour sauce over meat and serve. Left over sauce may be frozen. |
