Ceasar Salad Dressing for Two

Quick and Easy

Ingredients:

  • 6 cloves of garlic - minced
  • 1\4 cup of egg beaters
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup virgin olive oil
  • 1/8 cup freshed squeezed lemon juice
  • coarse black pepper to taste
  • croutons
  • Parmesan cheese & Fat Free Parmesan Cheese
  • Tabasco, several dashes - or to your taste

Directions:

Dressing is made in wooden salad bowl.
Start with minced garlic using a teaspoon to further mince in salad bowl. Add mustard, worcestershire sauce,tabasco & lemon juice.Add eggs & olive oil minture. Blend, add pepper & fat free Parmesan to taste. Tear lettuce into bowl, add croutons and toss. Serve on chilled plates and top with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
Cherry tomatoes can be used to add color or blacken chicken strips.
