Artichoke Dip
Cindy Pluta from Brandenton, Florida says: This is not your typical low cal dish, but you have to splurge once in awhile. Originated from a friend in Ct. who always served it to the husbands on their card playing night. Since then, 15 years ago, everyone I serve this to wants the recipe.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 20-30 minutes

Ingredients:

- 1 - 14 oz can artichoke hearts - dranied & chopped
|
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
|
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (use package of your choice)
|
- 4 cheese Italian - colby, chedder etc. any combo you like, if you add a little extra, it won't hurt.

|
- Tortilla chips, Blue Corn Chips or Pita Bread up cut, or Large Fritos
|
Directions:
Combine all in an 8" round or square baking dish. Bake in 350 oven for about 20-30 minutes (edges browning) SERVE warm with chips etc. ENJOY!!!!!!! |
