Graham Cracker Cookies
Betty Seets from Glen Burnie, Maryland says: These cookies are easy to make and very tasty. They are made with just a few ingredients.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 2 hours (cooling time)

Ingredients:

- 2 sticks of butter (no substitutes)
|
|
- 1 and 1/2 pkg. (18 ounces, total ) Hersheys milk chocolate chips
|
- 1 cup walnuts (english preferred), chopped
|
- 10 single graham crackers
|
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Place graham crackers in a single layer, leaving a small space between each cracker (most of the cookie sheet will be covered). Melt butter and brown sugar and let boil for 3 minutes. Pour over graham crackers. Sprinkle chocolate chips over hot grahams and place in oven for 4 to 5 minutes, letting the chocolate melt. Remove from oven and sprinkle walnuts on top while chocolate is still hot. Place in refrigerator for 2 hrs. Can be cut or broken into size preferred. |
