Creamy Mocha Latte
Ingredients:

- 1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand Creamy Chocolate Sweetened Condensed Milk
|
- 1 pint coffee ice cream- softened
|
Directions:
Microwave 3/4 cup water and ground espresso in a 1 cup glass measuring cup at HIGH 1 minute. Let stand 1 minute. Pour through a coffee filter, discarding grounds. Stir together milk and coffee, pour into ice cube trays and freeze 2 hours. Process half of sweetened condensed milk, half of ice cream, and half of coffee ice cubes in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Repeat pocedure with remaining ingredients, and serve immediately. Serve in tall glasses with your favorite biscotti, and add cinnamon stick to stir. |
