Mexican Baby Limas

Ingredients:

- 1 (16 oz) package frozen baby lima beans
|
- 2 (10 oz0 Cans Rotel Mexican Festival Diced Tomatoes with Lime Juice & Cilantro
|
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine
|
- 1 tsp Domino Granulated Sugar
|
|
- 1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
|
Directions:
Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil in a medium saucepan, separating frozen beans with a fork. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or until beans are tender. Add cheese, stirring until cheese is melted. |
