Sour Cream Cornbread

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: approx 35 minutes

Ingredients:

- 1 sm can cream corn (1 cup)
|
|
- 1 cup +2 Tbsp Self-rising corn meal
|
- 1 Tbsp sugar or Artificial sweetner
|
- 8 oz sour cream or 8 oz. light plain yogurt
|
Directions:
Mix and pour in greased hot iron skillet. Bake at 400 degrees about 35 minutes or until done. |
