We kept asking for this recipe, and one new waitress gave it to me. It was on the wall of the kitchen, and started with 1 gallon Hellmans mayonnaise. My friends and I worked with it until we had a family size serving.

Prep Time: 5 min

Ingredients:

• 1 quart of Hellmans mayonnaise

• garlic and salt to your taste (put garlic through a garlic press)

• 5 tbsp Romano cheese

• 2 tbsp lemon juice

• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

• 3 tbsp of water

Directions:

Mix everything except the water, mixing until smooth. This mixture will be very thick. Slowly drop the water in until you have dressing thin enough to pour.
