German Pancake

Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp. melted butter - set aside
|
- 2 tbsp. butter - soft - set aside
|
Directions:
Mix everything together except 2 tbsp melted butter and 2 tbsp soft butter. Preheat oven 450 (needs to be hot) Put iron skillet in oven for about 10 minutes. Rub the 2 tbsp of soft butter all over inside of skillet, using all 2 tbsp. Pour mixture into skillet, and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve in skillet. Toppings: 2 tbsp melted butter 1/2 of squeezed lemon, for juice 2 -3 tbsp powdered sugar or: 2 tbsp melted butter and honey to taste
